The Safari Learning Academy operates as a holistic youth development hub in South Fulton, bridging the gap between recreation, education, and wellness. Our model is designed to serve children ages 0–12 through three integrated core programs:
The "Active Explorer" Wellness Initiative: A direct response to childhood obesity and health disparities. We provide a 2,500+ sq. ft. indoor play facility featuring soft play structures, obstacle courses, and sensory-friendly zones. This program integrates structured physical fitness with nutritional education, ensuring every child—regardless of physical ability—has a safe space to exercise.
S.T.E.A.M. Academy & Academic Support: To support our goal of an 80% improvement in scholar grades, we offer high-impact afterschool programming that combines homework assistance with immersive Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) workshops. This curriculum is designed to spark curiosity and close the achievement gap for underserved students.
Inclusive Community Engagement: We act as a "third place" for families, hosting quarterly resource drives (such as our Back-to-School Readiness events), parent support workshops, and inclusive social events designed for neurodivergent youth who are often excluded from traditional recreational centers.
